Great news for any body who likes to ride out around Fountain Hills and the Rio Verde area. For years Rio Verde Dr. seemed to get worse and worse, and more difficult for cyclists to ride due to the traffic and lack of a shoulder/bike lane. I for one stopped riding that road (a.k.a 9 Mile Hill) years ago.

Anyways, this is great news for our cycling community!
