It has been a great cyclocross season but it is coming to a close. With five races in the books the final weekend of racing is coming up for the Artisan Prosthetic/AZcross.com cyclocross season. Saturday December 19th sees the state cyclocross championship come to Freestone Park in Gilbert. Freestone Park was the first park to host an AZCross event and offers varying terrain and conditions to allow for a proper challenge worthy of a state title. The course will be open for pre-ride at 8:30 and the first race is off at 9:30. The racing will continue all morning culminating with the men’s open event at 11:45. Being that the racing takes place in a park it is a great family friendly environment so bring the kiddos and come out for some races.
