Has anyone out there been following the Tour of the Gila? If you have, you’ve probably read a lot about Chad Beyer (BMC) and Phil Zajicek (Fly V Australia). These guys have two things in common: steep Arizona roots, and strong Gila rides. Zajicek (a Tucson cycling icon) stormed to the win in the final and legendary Gila Monster stage beating none other than Lance and Levi.
